I stopped watching ER ages ago, but I remember when they had "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" sung by Israel Kamakawiwo Ole playing and I burst into tears. It's such a sweet rendition of that song (and "What a Wonderful World" too) and lovely to listen to in my car when the weather's nice enough to roll the windows down.
